My name is Antóin but you can call me Tony! I am completely obsessed with The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and spend all year long looking forward to August!

Fringe theatre has always had a special place in my heart. I have seen some wonderful shows at fringe festivals that would never be staged in commercial theatres but none the less deseve to have an audience, I also happened to have my first date with my wife at The Dublin Fringe Festival (Still have the ticket stubs too).

I have always had a love of the performing arts and hold a degree in drama performance, I used to review shows on my private social media but decided to try my hand at professional reviewing for Edinburgh Fringe 2025.

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is the largest performing arts festival in the world and can be very overwhelming even for people that have been before. I wanted to share helpful hints and tips alongside show reviews and thus TonyLovesTheFringe was born on Instagram.

I hope to continue attending Fringe every year and helping people with everything from what to pack, to what to eat, to how to plan show schedules.
