I am a pack rat. Everything I receive holds sentimental value, and if it wasn’t for Mrslovethefringe, I would still have every flyer I was handed at every Fringe.

“Big Stuff” is a show about our things: what we keep, what we throw, and why we do it. It’s about remembering loved ones and moments. It’s a beautiful combination of storytelling and improv through conversations with the audience by power couple Naomi Snieckus and Matt Baram.

We go through their parental losses and the accumulation of their life’s possessions, what those items mean to them and the stories that live behind them. The cast have literally brought their belongings with them across the Atlantic, toasters and all, to decorate the stage and draw us in.

Snieckus and Baram are masters at their craft. They seem like the perfect friends to have when it comes to getting real about a situation, Snieckus being more comforting and guiding whilst Baram is the friend to give you tough love. Together they help us all share in our grief and loss, telling stories that had half the audience in tears.

It’s a show that heals. I felt I was letting go of things I didn’t realise I was still holding onto.

I had an absolutely wonderful time, and I feel strongly that, no matter who you are or where you’re from, this is not a show that will disappoint.
